Get a team together or come down and support the competitors!
The highlight of New Zealand’s cross-country calendar, Snow Farm’s Merino Muster is a must-do for any cross-country skiing enthusiast. Choose from one of three events to compete in – the 7 kilometre Straggle Muster; 21 kilometre Snow Rake; or for the hardiest of the hardy, the epic 42 kilometre Merino Muster. Always a great day on the snow for the whole family, grab you gear and head down for an awesome day of friendly competition!
One to mark in your calendar, the North Face Frontier has put New Zealand freeriding on the global map. Offering multiple days of world class competition and hosted by the Remarkables ski field, enjoy the spectacular mountain views and adrenaline-pumping action as world class athletes compete in the 2 and 4 star Freeride World Tour qualifying events.
Attracting winter superstars from all over the world, the 5th biennial Audi Quattro Winter Games NZ will see athletes from the Winter Olympics, Paralympics and X Games flocking to New Zealand to compete in a wide range of different events, including: freestyle skiing; snowboarding; alpine skiing; cross-country skiing; and curling.
This year’s games are promising to be outstanding, with awesome off snow events taking place throughout the Games to keep the fun going day and night! It’s going to be an incredible two weeks of fun and competition in Wanaka and Queenstown, don’t miss it!
